First, I listen.

It takes the right third party partnership to really be successful. You need someone who cares about your outcome but isn’t entangled in the day-to-day operations too much; someone who can pull back, listen thoroughly, and guide your team down a successful path.

I’ve been advising businesses for over 20 years and have found that most challenges can be dealt with using a well thought out plan, calm approach, and clear communication.

Every part of a business needs to work in harmony to function optimally, and that requires the efforts of each individual player. Yes, you are in business to drive revenue but you can’t do that without your people.

Employees and teams have to feel both structural and emotional support from their organization in order for systems and processes to work efficiently. Business consulting is a combination of analyzing and addressing both the systems and the people who make the systems work.

I collaborate with leaders to identify which areas need improving. I listen to how their goals and expectations are communicated, and deliver recommendations so the organization can perform at its best.


At some point, every leader needs to push past the challenges that are getting in the way of what they can achieve. With on-call coaching, I’ll be at your disposal to help you break through those growth barriers.

For real transformation, it can help leaders to reach outside of their organization so they feel safe with being honest and vulnerable. This allows them to get the perspective they often can’t find on their own. Once we sit down and get real, I can help leaders develop their strengths and transform their weaknesses.

I know how to strategize, guide, educate, and coach your team. It’s more than personal development—its understanding how to make the most out of each employee’s unique contributions to make the organization stronger.


We often give new opportunities to individuals who are top performers, or to those who have shown their loyalty over the years. But without preparing them for the rigors of their new roles, they often risk being ineffective with their teams. 

To excel as a manager, a new set of skills and values, including a new focus on time management, is required. Depending on the level of manager we are training, I’ll customize coursework that addresses the right skills for the right level.

These trainings are designed to teach both leadership and management, which means we focus on a leader’s impact on others as well as clarity of expectations and proper structure to ensure accountability for results.
